Physical foaming cable extruding machine apply for extruding low loss core wire of all kinds of coaxial cable, such as single layer, dual layer insulating core-wire (F/ S) for communication cables, such as HDMI, Display Port, IEEE1394, DVI, VGA, ATA etc.
Coaxial cable production process:
(1). Physical foam extrusion line for making PE foaming insulation coaxial wire
(2). Braiding machine for doing the braiding wire and tapping the al foil on the coaxial wire
(3). PVC extrusion line for sheathing the coaxial cable with PVC plastic.

2.1 Inlet wire diameter: 0.8-4.0MM;
2.2 Finished diameter: 3.5-10.0MM;
2.3 Output capacity: 120 kg/hr (open the crosshead)
2.4 Line speed: Max 300 m/min (according wire specification).
2.5 Diameter control: Wire diameter precision control± 0.03, via diameter gauge control.
