QF - 70+40 Automotive wire extrusion Line
1. Application:
The line is high speed extrusion line, and it makes TPE insulating and TPE jacket automotive cable which require this cable flexible construction; Resistant to cold, oil (11 type), ozone, abrasion, UV, external pressure and thermal stress, IEC60332-1 Flammability test, minimum bending radius 5XOD, easy installation. This extrusion line also can produce various of cable for electric vehicles, charging piles, power station, charging station, etc.
2. Main Technical Parameter:
2.1 Inlet wire diameter: 1.5-8.0MM;
2.2 Finished diameter: 1.8-10.0MM;
2.3 Output capacity: 140 kg/hr (70: Open the crosshead);
35kg/hr (40: Open the crosshead)
2.4 Line speed: Max 300 m/min (according wire specification. ).
2.5 All the pulley are proceed of anodized hardness treatment.
2.6 Color: Blue (or buyer appoints)
2.7 Operation Direction: Either left of right (or buyer appoints).
2.8 Power supply: 380V, 3phase, 50 Hz, 5 wires. ( buyer request)
2.9 Production central height: 1000mm
